I echo Javier's questions. It seemed to me more of an adolescent male's view of what he hopes prostitution is like.

How much research went in to this?

Production quality was decent, though some camera movement would have helped the look.

why are you wasting your obvious talent on such shallow and inauthentic material?

Alex, I liked it.

It works for me because at the root of it all lies, all of us who are learning about life for the first time, prostituting ourselves thru whatever manner, and coming to the realization that we are competitive, envious, and are like each other, reverting to our childhood ways, such as, "you're a (add whatever label you want) then the other saying, "No you're a (add whatever label you want) and bickering back and forth like little kids.

That is the universal funny bone. Finding the commonality, as in Charlie Chaplin's movies to mankind.

I could see this little movie (expanded on) as a foreign movie! Anyone remember Marlon Brando, in Last Tango in Paris?

I did not get sidetracked by the sex, etc, because if you can produce a good little movie about prostitution, then you can produce a movie about anything.

Alex I also liked this film. You are obviously very talented. The acting was great. It is difficult to make a film so short that will grab you the way this one does. ¡Buen trabajo mi amigo!

good, but a rip of requiem for a dream with the sequences of quick cuts with sounds

movie response

hey alex....

awesome job...considering there was not a huge budget great short...

As far as responses to your work didn't quite understand "pointless...'as i beleive there are points to be made from everything...simple quick and to the point.

Thought it was sharp...and the edit cut to the so called " requiem " rip off was totally cool...and hey that is a great film anyway.

What did you shoot this on...just bought a dvx100 getting ready for the first serious project...so any words of wisdom would be cool.

regards
steve
