low hours JVC DV500 1/2" SD camera

fs: low hours JVC DV500 1/2" SD camera

anyone interested in a low mileage jvc dv500 1/2" sd camera?

i am the 2nd owner (bought from another dvinfo user).

i've had the camera about one year and it has worked on 3 in studio projects.

glass is a lovely fujinon tv lens s14x7.3brm-29

battery power provided via 2 idx lithium ion np-l50s 14,4v/50wh along with a charger/ac adapter

approx 500 hours

tripod plate

camera & lens + battery/charger all fit into heavy-duty jvc rollie-case

camera works very well in low light situations. 1/2" chip really allows more light than the 1/3" sd & hd cameras.

all reasonable offers considered.

be well

rob

Sony HVR HD1000

I've decided to add a second Sony HVR HD1000 to my gear. Before ordering a new one from B&H, I thought I'd check to see if any used ones are available.

If you have a used Sony HVR HD1000 that you would like to sell (with or without accessories) please send me an email as soon as possible. Let me know what all you have and what price you are asking. Also let me know if your price is firm or if you are willing to negotiate.

New cams are at $1579 at B&H with free shipping, a warranty, and a $500 Sonystyle rebate. If you can offer a deal on a used one that is more advantageous, let's talk.

While I visit here almost daily, please respond by email to dvinfo@jeffemery.com. That's the best way to reach me quicker.

Thanks,

Jeff

Sony Vegas Pro 8 licence (upgradeable to 9)

Just thought that - after having upgraded to V9 using my older V7 license - I might want to sell my V8 licence (good for Vegas Pro 8 32bit, Pro 8.1 64bit, and DVD Architect 5)...

The licence can be upgraded very cheaply do Vegas Pro 9 (best before June 30), and the two can be used independently - according to Sony's EULA !!!

The operation of money transfer is easy with PayPal, and license transfer very smooth and fast (just sold my old V7 license, and SCS did the transfer within 1 day; the new owner already upgraded to V9 successfully). Everybody is happy - I recovered some cash, the new owner has 2 legal Vegas licenses, and SCS sold two V9 upgrades... Why not repeat that experience with the V8 license?

So, if somebody is interested in having another V8 and V9 cheaper, please e-mail me with your price proposal.

Price reduced!

Hi Svein,

Sorry for being so late in answering, but obviously something went wrong since I have not got any email from you. Yes, my 13x is still on sale, but I would prefer to sell it together with my HD201E camera package. Did you have a best offer in mind? (->Philippe.Fayt@joensuu.fi)

Good news, the selling price for this package has been reduced and is now (only) 8000 euros. As a reminder, it includes the camera itself (a like new JVC GY HD201E Pro HD camcorder, bought in April 2007 with 30 drum hours, and its standard Fujinon Th16x5.5BRM) coming with the excellent Fujinon TH13x3.5BRMU wide angle lens (like new, perfect condition), a Marshall V-R70P-HDA field monitor for proper focus (like new), a Porta brace carrying bag CTC-2 (in very good condition), a TLS 15mm bar support for a matte box or a tele lens (like new), and a Blueshape battery pack of 100 Wh (like new) and its travel charger (like new).

A great deal for the money for a nice little kit of equipment, definitly.

Pictures available on request.

Greetings from Finland.

Wow. I'm surprised. I know a lot of people have this camera. I guess folks know how just how valuable and useful this camera really is so they're holding on to theirs.

Oh well. Hello B&H. ;)

Jeff

Bryan Daugherty June 19th, 2009 03:42 PM

Yep, I love mine, I noticed the price jumped a couple hundred when the sony style rebate came out. The rebate window ends on the 30th and the price may go back down again, but like betting on the stock market...no guarantees...

I did notice B&H has a used model for sale for $1199 Used Sony | HVR-HD1000U Digital High Definition HDV | HVRHD1000U

Sony HVR-M15U

Thanks for looking, it's yours for $ 1700.00 Original Box and Manuals

After much deliberation I've decided to sell my Sony HVR-M15U deck. It's in pristine condition, basically *MINT* and it's going to kill me to get rid of it but I can use my Canon or Sony for ingest for a while.

Hours meter shows very low miles:

Operation 60 x 10
Drum Run 7 x 10
Tape Run 5 x 10
Threading 29 x 10

It really doesn't get that much use as I've found myself more often than not plugging my camera into my laptop for a quick ingest and edit so the deck sits at home idle.

I'll pay the shipping UPS Ground Insured US Lower 48 only, anything else we'll have to negociate.

Brevis 35 for sale

I bought this back in October and really haven't used it much. It has been sitting in its sealed case for quite a long time. The specs are as follows:

Brevis35 MP.1 Imaging Bundle (including flip module)
- Mount Type: Nikon (can be changed)
- Non-flip 72mm Achromat:
- Imaging Element: CF1Le (large cameras)
- Brevis35 Diffuser - CINEFUSE 1 (for use with smaller camera sensors)
- Step up ring set - 43-72mm

The Cinefuse 1 was used for my HV30 or any other smaller sized camera. It is very easy to change out the element. Cinevate has some really good videos/tutorials on their site explaining this.

I'd like to get $900 for it. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.

Thanks,

Chad

Steadicam Merlin

We bought this last fall and it hasn't seen much use. We got it right at the time they were changing the top of the handle from plastic to metal. It came with the plastic, but they mailed me the metal one. I have since changed it out with the metal one, but you will get the plastic handle for backup.

How does $550 sound?

Steadicam Pilot

I have a Steadicam Pilot with V-Lock. It is in FANTASTIC shape and can't be told from new. I want to upgrade to a Steadicam Flyer LE now that I have a RED. You can check out my site Higher Definition Media for some sample footage and you will soon see this equipment was well taken care of.

Offers? e-mail me at andrew (at) hdmweb (dot) com
