I am afraid I don't know what "Dead Mint Cond" means in relation to "Mint Cond"?

coming from an ebay background, Dead always means bad. From the price, i know here it doesn't----just trying to clarify.

By all means, no, it doesn't mean a bad thing. I wasn't aware of the term "dead mint" having a negative connotation to it.
