I have an XL1 with about 50 hours on it that's in like new condition. It includes:

2 Batteries and charger
External XLR mount for 2 feeds and shoulder pad.
Remote control
Accessory bag
16x Lens w/cowling
Kata soft case w/shoulder strap
Silk Tripod

I'm the original owner and had it for 5 years. I bought it with the intention of creating audio/video productions for my independent record label, but ended up using local production studios and equipment instead. I'm cleaning out old studio gear and found it in the process.

I have pictures if someone is interested. I would rather sell it to this community than on eBay but if no one is interested, I'll put it up this weekend.

Has slight crease on front cover (bottom right corner, barely visible). No rips, or tears. The included CD is flawless.
