Nearly new Canon XF300 for sale
 

After using the Canon XLH1 to shoot my latest film "Wildest of the Wild" I wanted to go tapeless so I purchased a new Canon XF300. I soon found out it's not the best camera for filming wildlife because of the fixed lens. I believe this camera is best suited for weddings, concerts and the like and not wildlife. For the past 6 months I have been using the large sensor Canon C300 for my wildlife filming needs while the XF300 sits unused with only 17 hours of recording time on it.I paid $6700 for it from Visteck in Edmonton Alberta and I need $4500 for it. This is a great instructional DVD. After watching this once, using this kit, I set up a great looking shoot that looked like it belonged on CNN! The only think I'd suggest adding to this kit is a reflector, holding arm and stand.

The whole package in like new condition, including shipping, is $800. Paypal or credit cards accepted. I'll post photos tomorrow.

As of today, Anthony, the least expensive on Ebay I could find was $1475 with prices for mint up to $2499. I might have found different listings than you did Anthony. As I'm sure Victor knows, prices will vary depending on condition of the camera, eagerness of the seller, and market conditions.

Jeff, completed listings are a more accurate representation than current unsold listings.

I see $1025, $1101, $1125, (and more < $1500) and then up to just over $2K for big kits.
