I honestly don't know if the one for the 250 would work on the 100. I DO know that the one for the 100 won't wok on the HM700, JVC changed a lot of stuff on the 700 series.
Personally I wouldn't take the chance they are both the same size IIRC. I'd get the one for the 100/110.

This WTB post can cancel. I was able to get the "display" button to switch between the viewfinder and LCD screen. Perhaps it is the switch in the door of the LCD that is causing the viewfinder not to turn on automatically after the LCD door is closed.

So glad the display button allowed me to switch between the two and it saved too by not having to buy the VF.
