WTB: Sony HC1 or HC3 or HC5

Ok i know i posted earlier wanting to buy the HV20.. but i got to thinking and i own a FX1 and well... i should just stick to the same brand i spose.. Plus the HV20 is a tad pricier than what i can afford.

So i'm looking to buy one of those three camera's.. i've got a budget and i'd love to be able to purchase soon. (am flying to hawaii Aug 24th and would love to bring the cam with me)

If anyone has one of those 3 camera's for sale, please shoot me an email .. vgurung@shaw.ca and a reasonable price si vous plait. Merci Buckets!

PM'ing has been disabled...I emailed Chris Hurd about it a couple of weeks ago to see what was going on!

Is this NTSC by the way ?

FS: audio technica at4053a hyper

very nice hypercardioid mic. capsule can be swapped for the at4051a cardioid cap or the at4049a omni cap (both not included). i have a couple of these systems, and i'm looking to unload one.

this mic has been a workhorse for me for a couple of years now, and, as a result, it has a couple of small scratches on the cap and body. general wear & tear stuff. the mic performs flawlessly.

includes padded case, foam windscreen, and mic mount. i'll try and see if i can find the spec sheet that came with it.

requires 48v phantom.

asking $290 + shipping.

sold. thanks for the inquiries.

HC3 is great for point and shoot in good lighting. If you are in dim lighting or want a lot of lens or audio control, you're better with something else.

For informal shooting of the family in good lighting, this is an incredible little camera that isn't so expensive you can't afford to take chances. I'm very happy with mine, and hope to keep it occupied even when I get a nicer, more expensive rig.

FS: Dell 2400MP DLP Projector - $825

Hello, folks! I am selling a like-new Dell 2400MP DLP Projector. It is in perfect condition, fully functional. It came brand-new directly from Dell, and is not a refurbished unit. It was bought on 12/12/2006 with the standard 2-year warranty, so it still has a good 1 1/2 years left of coverage. Includes all the accessories, cables, instruction manuals, remote control and carrying case. This projector was used for only two weeks for a digital screening of a feature film projected onto a 25 foot screen in a movie theater. The image is great, and very bright. It has a total of 68 hours on the lamp. The lamps are rated by Dell for approximately 2500 hours. Great for business presentations as well as video/home theater use. Retails for $1100, so you'll save big getting this one instead.

Sony HDR-HC1

Yes, it is NTSC. I'll even throw in the Sony VCT-870RM Tripod with Remote Controller on its handle.

Vishal Gurung July 21st, 2007 04:09 PM

Yeps this is why i'm in the market for one... plus like i said, i'm flying to hawaii and i'd rather bring a cheaper HD than my fx1 which is a tad bulky for the airlines i reckon

anyone? :)
