FS: Gitzo 1380/Miller Solo DV legs/Bag

Well it may be hard to sell it from Japan but I give it a try before I put it on auction.

I bought this kit in may 2007 when I needed a really light tripod kit. I love the Miller SOLO legs but not the light Miller heads, so I put the Gitzo 1380 head on it instead. Everything is in great shape. Ask for pictures.

The tripod system includes:

The gitzo 1380 Head

The spring kit is not included. After trying out the Gitzo springs I actually decided to put the Vinten vision 3 head no.2 screw in it. That felt perfect for my canon XH-A1. So included in the head is this one

The Miller Solo DV legs

And a light Petrol tripod bag

The whole kit is very light. Around 10 lbs for the head and tripod.

To buy everything new from BH would be around $1750.
Asking price $1250 including worldwide shipping (4 day delivery and package tracking included).

The brevis has been sold...coincidence or not to another very nice Canadian 35mm adapter manufactured...Mr.Twoneil :D . The lenses are still up for grabs.

no interest at all?

If anyone was wondering this is a excellent tripod head. I have the same one with Gitzo carbon legs and it is light, smooth, with loads of adjustment.

Hi Paul,

Would you by any chance be interested in a swap with a Canon XL2 in mint condition (less than 10 hours). This is my backup-camera, but I would like to have a smaller cam for this purpose, and stumbled over your ad here.

Camera is a PAL version - if any others are interested in some kind of deal, do let me know, and I can provide further info and pics of the actual camera.

How old is the SD 302 and do you have any pictures?

Email me at jon at omiatek dot com

Thanks,

Hi Peter, no I'm really only interested in selling it.

regards

Paul.

To respond to a few recent emails which all ask the same things:

It is in excellent shape, minus some light scuffs on the back of the kamio fixture. The scuffs are from the inevitable vibrations of things in the case and are almost invisible. Functionally it is 100%, cosmetically its 89%.

The price is firm.

I'll take the 4P. Let me know if it's still available.

Absolutely, i'm on a shoot right now, but will try to get those to you in the next couple hours. Thanks for the interest.

*Edit
I just realize the top part of my first post says 50+/- hours. I meant to put 80 but hit the 5 instead. Sorry about that.

I have a new P2 store, that has only be tested once for sale. I found I have no need for it, and would like to sell it. It does have a few scratches
