And an asking price...... "B/O" is basically an auction, which isn't allowed here.
Thanks.

This will also fit the XL1/1S cameras, correct?

Richard Alvarez March 23rd, 2008 09:18 AM

The FU-1000 is shipped with an adaptor that fits in the power well of the Xl1 and xl1s. This plugs into the power well, then the battery plugs into that, so yes it will run on the Xl1, xl1s provided Kevin has/is including the power adaptor. (I can't remember where I put mine, in a drawer somewhere- as it isn't needed for either the XL2 or XLH1)

Chris Hurd March 23rd, 2008 10:24 AM

DV Info Net is not an auction site, therefore "B/O (best offer)" does not readily apply here. If you're selling something, then name your price. If you're not sure how much to ask for it, just say so and we'll help you to establish a fair price. Otherwise just list it for auction on Ebay.

FS: 82mm warm polarizing filter

This filter was fitted to my DSR 390 but never used. Excellent/new condition.

Bought from BH Photo for about $95.00. Picture available.

Will sell for $75.00 or best reasonable offer.

Hopefully pix attachment

Thanks for the quick replies. Sorry, I did read the sticky about auctions. Chris was right. I'm not sure what to ask. I have not had to post pix before, so hopefully they will make it with this note. I am assuming after I hit "submit" it will allow me to attach a folder. If not, please advise.

Thanx!

Best,

Kevin

Price reduced to $350...

Ken Grohs March 23rd, 2008 03:26 PM

Thanks much, Richard, for the information.
I basically knew that, and was asking (in a roundabout sort of way) if the entire unit, including the power adapter, was in this sale.

So, Kevin, does your FU1000 sale include the power adapter piece?

Thanks.

Anyone have one of these that they are willing to part with?

I currently have a small external mixer, but would like to have more portability and streamline setup and break down times.

Thanks.

FS in US: Manfrotto 116 MK2

Manfrotto 116 MK2 head (Bogen 516)
Extremely Robust Heavy Duty Fluid Head. Can accommodate professional ENG/EFP Camcorders but would be equally up to the task of supporting the newer smaller breed of digital camcorders.

Solid built, designed to support up to 22lb. Comes with a tilt/pan handle that measure 19", a huge quick release plate, 1/4" and 3/8" camera mount screws.

This unit is used, some minor surface imperfection. The balance level is not operational. Tilt, pan, drag, and lock functions still perform nicely.

$80 plus shipping and Paypal fees

FS: 3 2GB Sandisk Extreme III SD cards

I bought the wrong cards for my camera several months ago and ran out of time to return them. They are brand new, still in boxes. I'll sell and ship all three for $50 paypal. I paid $90 for them new, and did cut the UPC and sent in for rebate (might as well since I bought them and can't return them.) Contact me at philip@centerstreetproductions.com.

Thanks!

I would buy that lens from you if 265€ didn't now equal $647,832.51US these days. Have you tried it with a 35mm adapter? If so, how is the vignetting? I have an f2.5 105mm and it vignettes too much to be useful at any iris setting. In either case, you shouldn't have any trouble selling a lens with those specs.

WTB Matrox MXO

I remember seeing one for sale a while back but I think it went the way of ebay. If anyone has one their looking at selling let me know.

Marty Hudzik March 24th, 2008 03:27 PM

Hopefully when he gets around to checking this we will know. I'd have bought it already if I could contact him....if of course someone ahead of me didn't already snag it.

In the interest of fair play I hope he might go in some type of chronological order. Hope so for my sake....but there are a few people who posted ahead of me so I wouldn't necessarily be next. I have an iphone so any email sent to me will get a response in a matter of minutes.

Peace.

Edit: Or he could sell it to the guy with the most posts! :)

Ken Grohs March 24th, 2008 03:29 PM

I spoke to him this morning on the phone about buying it.
He was supposed to have gotten back to me, but haven't heard from him yet.

Got ya on posts, Marty... 8-) ....and on contact.

-Ken

Update: I just spoke with Kevin, he's shooting me photos and I will more than likely be getting it from him.

Kevin Martorana March 24th, 2008 03:43 PM

Hi everyone...

HOLY CRAP. ! I posted this about 2 months ago...with no reply...!! ;)

Thought I'd post it again and all this "excitement" suddenly happened.

Yes...It comes with the adapter....

Ken Grohs contacted me first....and I've sent him some photos just now (monday...5:12pm EST).

If he wants to buy it...he has first dibs....if not...then I'll go in the cronological order that folks on this thread were interested....as Marty hinted...and I would do that anyhow !

I'll post whether Ken buys it or not....

Thanks everyone....sorry to start a "storm" over this....jeez....no one made a peep a few months back !!! :)

FS: MKH-60 Absolutely Mint

I am working on a documentary and have changed the setup from following the subjects around their houses and during their daily lives to solely sit down interviews. I have not started filming yet.

For the orginal conception, I purchased a Sennheiser MKH-60. But now it's not the optimal mic for the job, I need a super or hyper cardiod instead.

So I'm selling the 60. It has never been used. Is in absolutely mint condition with the box, instructions, frequency response graph, mount--nothing is missing. It could be sold as new b/c it really is new.

I'm asking $1,100 + what shipping and insurance costs. If it is not exactly as I've represent, I will refund the entire purchase price plus shipping and insurance both ways.
