I have a sudden desire to make a 3D feature. Its completely illogical and I know the medium is dead. But oh well...

Panasonic hdc-sd9 outputs uncompressed xv.ycc 4:2:2 video over HDMI.

I don't understand the context. Raw is raw. Its the raw sensor data with no loss information. This rig and software capture 12 bit 3k raw and can capture almost 4k in 8 bit
