what are you using to play? only windows media...

what are you using to play? only windows media player it plays stretched for me but that hasnt got options for 16x9. Also in anamorphic 2.35 ratio when its in the correct ratio.

Yeah Its 16:9 I played it in media player classic and Vlc set to 16:9 and plays correct ratio then. Avid is not very friendly with other codecs like wmv so it wouldnt let me render out any other way....

Thats a tough one, You could put edit points into the clip into where the flash bits and apply the effect only to the clips with no flash . Its not that much time saving but shouldn't take that long...
