Re: Budget Camcorder/Fish Eye Combo for Skateboarding Video

I had a vx1000 and a vx2100 but no way I'd pay 800 or more now, for a vx1000 I'd spend max 100 and for a vx2100/GL2 max 300.

If you can find a used sony cx730 (I still have and use 2 of them)...

That's my impression as well, it doesn't look like a cheap knock off, I also forgot to say that the gh4 grip doens't fit the gh5 so you definetely have to get the right one. I"ll report back on how...

From all I have read and seen the veydra's have higher quality build and optics compared to the Rokinons which is also reflected in their pricing.

Re: Answer this: If new broadcast deliverable standards demand Super35, what about MF

Oops, there goes your chance in lying about what camera you used :) It's good that some "facts" are set straight again now and then.

Re: Answer this: If new broadcast deliverable standards demand Super35, what about MF

Do you think Discovery would have an issue with the "toy effect" or "fantasy" filter setting on my gh5? I kinda like those presets, I could always say it was shot on a Alexa just to clear some doubt...
