There is no way you can put copy protection to DVD. Even if the authoring program allow you to do so. You will need to export as master to tape. Then bring it to facility to have DVD replicated....

There is no standard on TV usb port of what can play. Many TV (even newer ones) don't play video at all from the USB port.
Vimeo has On Deman feature. It could be a good way to secure income.

Most compatible format is FAT32. But we have to deal with the 4GB limitation. If you want max compatibility on TV and other device FAT32 is the way to go.

I am also using Epson XP-620 together with CISS. Love it. It is now replaced by XP-630. CISS is a must have. Ink cost is never an issue anymore.

it's .mp4. I tend to avoid using .mov
I tested on some android device, it won't play .mov. It might be either confusing to the system or google didn't want to play royalty to unwrap mov. .mp4...

I custom made this boxes with a manufacturer in China. It takes any standard 4x6 (4R) photos as the front insert :) The box can also be used as a photo frame too.

I use target 12mbps and max at 15mbps for USB deliver. as a reference Vimeo uses 10mbps. With that rate, a 45 mniutes clip will be about 4GB in size. I put it in my blog
