I was reading I think in the 7D forum that footage from DSLRs is not permitted by most broadcasters (BBC and Discovery Channel ) as it is not interlaced.

This could also be the alpha channel from the Quicktime export - make sure to turn off the Alpha - its on by default in some codecs.

I use the Genus Fader ND - their marketing director confirmed to me they are sourced from a different manufacturer than the LCW.

I also use the 82mm with step down rings.

I use my Genus a lot...

I am upgrading from Hoodman to Zacuto - I like the option of being able to attach and detach the Loupe easily and quickly. And my current mounting option doesn't allow this as easily as the Z-Finder...

A board feed would have been helpful. It was a school show presented right before Christmas break and they shut soon after so couldn't ask if they took a feed.
