Samyang lenses don't mix that well with the lumix ones, the lumix lenses render the color in a different way and they are also sharper.

Which camera can do 10bit 4:2:2 in 4k to a external recorder for around 1500dollar? I think for that prize you are getting a lot, even if it's not internally recorded.

Dang, the gh4 is prized at 1500 euro on a dutch resellers site, that's just a bit more then what I paid for the sony rx10, it's about 20% cheaper then a blackmagic 2,5k camera.

I think that bit of softness in the image combined with a narrow dof is what appeals so much to brides, it's that dreamy soft look that makes everything look smoother, I wouldn't say it's "cinematic"...

The image is a lower quality jpeg but on my tv it does have sharper appearance, what's a "black frost"?
