I also deliver USB but I made my own DVD style menu with HTML5. I'm also using a WIFI USB Thumbdrive that allow play back on iPhone, iPad and Android mobile platform.

I shot 30p too. I can tell the difference between 24p and 30p. Most people cannot. And for someone say it's only professional to shot 24p, that's just ignorant.

I can't tell between 30p and 24p. The difference is really minor. Many has strong argument about 30p is video-ish. 24p is film. But they were thinking was 60i but not 30p.

You can slow down 60p to 24p without audio sync. But if you shoot 60p end edit in 30p, audio will be in-sync. And when you slow down the clip 50%, you got butter smooth slomo. some people don't like...

I use Procoder for MPEG-2 DVD and Adobe Media Encoder for H.264 BluRay. Both of them has queue function. So I just queue them up and let it do the work while I'm sleeping :)

My workflow is a little different. It is also not for everybody.

I encoded each video into 4 different files in 4 different nitrates. During authoring, I manual pick the file that fit the disk....
