Awesome job man! The jib and slider were great touches and really made that commercial work. The other guys work makes me hate people like that who consider themselves anything close to an artist.

Up until I got the T2i I have been doing all my gigs solo. I would almost suggest for this situation just choosing one camera, unless you plan on using two people.

I also have an XHA1 and a T2i. For the A1 i always use the TrueColor preset. This seems like it gives me the most latitude when correcting in post, which you will need for mixing T2i and XHA1...

My DSLR is for the glam shots only. I use my A1 for the long shots and all my audio. The longest lens I have for my DSLR is a 28-200mm.

Okay so just a thought here. If your outputing to DVD everything gets compressed to the same low bitrate. For me personally I would rather have more dynamic range with the illusion of a sharper image...
