eg. System drive A is not used in any of this except delivery, I capture to Drive B , then make proxies to C...

render to new track...
just use the fx timecode ,
render to new track uncompressed with alpha channel
chroma key out the black border
and mask out any part of the timer you dont want, in your case the hundreds of sec....
