You could substitute the word "videographer" and insert "photographer" thoughout this post and it would totally reflect what I see every weekend as a videographer.

I had a wedding here in New Jersey just this past weekend where the church will not allow videographers inside. They have their own camera setup and charge the bride $85 for a copy of the DVD.

This post is not about DSLR shooters as brides have complained to me about other videographers standing 2 feet away for the past 19 years. My point is, the video guy standing 2 feet away is hurting...

Buba, when you use the 135 or 70-200 for speeches, doesn't the photographer usually stand in front and block your shot? I have those lenses but never get to use them during the speeches for this...

David, I would love to be able to use my 135 for speeches, but the photographer will never look over his shoulder to see that I'm so far back and he'll block my shot. How do you get around this?
