Re: Did anyone catch the AG-HPX255 Announcement
I still don't understand why all these cheapo paintboxes have proprietary plugs and cables.. Surely if you used a data system over UTP or XLR cable it would sell a lot better? Combine that with a...

GH2 shoulder camera with 2/3rd inch lens
I just wanted to show my rig so far. My plan was to get a relatively cheap HD shouldercamera, with a manual lens.
Since I had some experience with using a digibeta viewfinder on my last build...

Re: Filming 4:3 on Z5
Shoot in 16:9 HD, then crop off the side so you get a 4:3 frame and export it at that resolution for him. Though, it all depends what he wants to do with it. If he's going to use it on a website at...

Re: Connecting XH-A1 to SmallHD DP-6

Re: Multicam Shoot advice

War & Peace show: Soviets in Afghanistan
Hi all :)
This is a small piece I shot on a 550D with 18-55 this summer. It was a reenactment battle, depicting Soviets in Afghanistan. Beware, might get a bit loud.

Re: Will HDMI to HD-SDI work with the GH2?
I've had some trouble getting a HDMI converter (to CVBS in my case, for remote monitoring) to work.. I suspect it is HDCP based so I imagine a converter to HD-SDI would be tricky as well.
