I do mostly low light events and deliver both long and short form edits (long form with HMC150s)

Lugging two camera systems and all their bits and peices around is getting stressfull and a PITA.

Video recording with both SD & CF

I know you cant record to both the SD & CF cards at the same time.

But when one card is full, does the 5d mk3 automatically switch to the other card? If so do you lose any frames?

Thanks for the ingo chaps. I'm thinking about the 24-105 as currently I film ceremonies with the 17-55 2.8 IS on the 60D on a monopod. The 2.8 gets the result and the IS saves loads of time...
