Prospect presets in Premier Pro CS3

I uninstalled NeoHD....
Downloaded the latest version of NeoHD (v5.0.1.257), and installed it...
Removed all instances of "CFQTImporter.prm" and "CFHDCodec.qtx"....

I renamed the file "CFQTImporter.prm" as "CFQTImporter.prm-disabled" which was in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS3\Plug-ins\Common\CineForm\
There were no other copies...
