Hi Craig. That option is not checked. I have exported qt references before and they work well with ProRes.
Could I suggest that you try this on a Mac ? Its easy to see what would or would not work....

Normal YUV 4:2:2 captured via CF seem to be no problems. However, I am doing a project with 2x camcorders that output xvYCC over HDMI.

Since the output is still 0-254 I would assume even an 8-bit...

Problems with multiple files

I still have a problem. When I render 1 file at a time using Remaster, there are no issues.
When I have multiple files, it just hangs on the first file.
REALLY frustrating!
Is it a codec issue ?
