If you have 2 cameras, I don't see the point in using just one. Set both up at the very least, if you find in post that you need additional footage because you had to reposition your "manned" camera...

I guess it all depends if you want an on camera light, or a stand light. The one that you mentioned up top will need a stand as well.

Not bad. It's around $100 for web use though (Something like a video blog)
