About a year ago, pretty much right after I posted this thread actually, I got a full time offer from IGN Entertainment. I'm a cinematographer/producer over there, so that's what I've been up to.

As much as I like the idea of Canon bringing 1080p60 capability in a firmware update I just don't know how realistic it is. A part of me thinks that the C300 hardware simply can't support that...

I am not paid by Canon, and here's a video I shot on the C300 since you asked so nicely. The C300 is the best tool for the work I do. While it's true that it doesn't quite stack up to other cameras...
