2009 Halloween Webcam
The 2009 Halloween Webcam
I took a hv20 and flash media encoder 3.0, and will have a live stream of halloween night. Our neighborhood is known for getting bombarded by trick or treaters. Going to go live this week, and stream all month. Check on in and see the boredom of my front porch. Bob C |

It's live... and the url has changed.
The 2009 Halloween Webcam It's h.264, and 500kbps variable stream. Seems to average 250-350kbps. I had to set the hv20 to output DV wide since flash media encoder doesn't seem to support hdv firewire input. I have flash media encoder deinterlacing, and resizing the 720x480 to 640x360. Audio is stereo 11025 hz and 24kbps datarate. Let me know what you think. Bob C |

2013 Halloween Webcam
Well it's up again this year... the 2013 halloween webcam will be broadcasting oct 31st. Check it out.
The 2013 Halloween Webcam I was thinking about upgrading this year (check out the tech behind the webcam) but it would cost quite a bit... so I'll probably be using my trusty hv20. I do own a canon 7d, but as you all know the live hdmi out isn't quite right. Bob C |
