Strange Catalyst Browse levels issue

The case I opened with them previously, the one in the post up above, was closed. I cannot even access it myself, says it was resolved. :-\

If you have a few minutes to kill, you can select each clip at a time and do the transcode thing. the newest CB version will keep the transcode settings from the previous clip, and the % transcoding will refresh for each clip as you get them going. If I remember correctly in previous CB versions, you had to reselect all the options for each clip, and the % remaining gave no indication of which clip was transcoding, and sometimes locked up.

I'm currently using the Catalyst Prepare trial which does no suffer from black level issues when batch converting but once that runs out...
