Will the x70 output 4k via sdi or hdmi while simultaneously recording internally on a card? And/or will it output 2k while recording 4k internally?

No and yes. SDI output is limited to 1080p

I presume that you mean streaming. The answer is no. The most that it will stream is 720p

Thanks Bob. For me 1080p over SDI works just fine.
