on/off on HC1

Hi, I have a HC1 that I used it very little and recently I've tested it and it turns on but will not turn off. Does anyone have or had this problem?

I do not have a HC1 nor have I had that specific problem with my camera (Z5U) but I have had a similar problem with other battery operated devices like my like my iPod and Fuji camera that being their batteries were shot. Try plugging your camera into an outlet to see if the problem goes away. If it does then look into getting a replacement battery.
