Shoulder mount for Z1 at DVinfo.net

Any recommendations for a shoulder mount? The Sony accessory seems a bit pricey and from pictures only, doesn't appear to distribute much weight to the shoulder. Looks like it would help stabilize the shot.

Has anyone found it substantially reduces fatigue in hand-held shots?

I use a DVRig Pro for my FX1 and love it.
