Z1 price drop
Not a big deal, but it's something... B&H has just lowered their price on the Z1 to $4,800. Maybe the beginning of a slow downwards trend in anticipation of the various new cameras coming to market?

Naw Boyd - that's probably just a balancing of supply versus demand - B&H is probably selling so many they can afford to lower their take . The new sony's don't impede on the z1s' airspace . Maybe sony wants to get the z1 to about 4500 where there's a clear distinction between the jvc and the z1 pricewise but I think the z1 still has the middle ground sewnup , now and for the immediate future. Everyone including probably sony is waiting for that pany boat to rock before there's another big change. Just my 2 cents , and worth every penny. take care Kurth

B&H has a pretty incredible deal with the Z1 and the deck. It comes out to $7,599.95 with the $250 rebate.
