Found a great bracket for the Z-1/FX-1
I tried out a prototype of the new Switronix Z-1/FX-1 bracket. Check it out at www.switronix.com I am going to purchase the bracket with the NP-1 battery box attached to the rear so I can run my Frezzi Micro-Fill with the 60 watt Switronix Lith-Ion battery pack.

Since NONE of the weight is over the shoulder support, I'm not sure what real good the shoulder support will do. Maybe help stablize a little, but not much.
Other than that, you're supporting the camera with one hand. How much does this bracket cost? |

Judging from the picture one would make that assumption. The front portion actually slide fore and aft while the shoulder support moulds to the boy.
It stabilizes more than my last three brackets which I returned for a refund in the past. Quote:

Lou,
So you're saying it works better than it might look like. Great! What other brackets did you try previously? Also, how much does the Switroniz cost, and where can you buy it? |
