Cinema Tools Conform 23.98

I'm trying to conform some FX1 footage shot obviously around 29.97, I go into cinema tools select batch conform and try and conform it to 23.98 but all the footage goes into the skipped files instead of the conformed files folder... what gives why won't it conform? What most I do to get cinema tools to turn this footage to 23.98 even if it does slow it down????

"I'm trying to compose a reel of some of my recent work and now that I've gotten my old FX1 files back online, I want to conform them in cinema tools to 23.98 even if it does slow it 75%... Thing is I try and conform the footage to 23.98 and it just puts these HDV files into the skipped folder rather than the conformed folder... in the sequence in Final Cut Pro for FX1 Footage, the settings are 1440 x 1080 frame size with HD (1440 x 1080) frame size...

Field Dominance: Upper (Odd)

Editing Timebase 29.97

Compressor HDV 1080i60

I import the file and doesen't have me render so I can only assume this is what the files are actually like. What must I do to conform them? I have been conforming old 29.97 dv footage to 23.98 in cinema tools without a problem, I just selected the files and did batch conform and it worked well and I now have some nice slowed 23.98 footage for my reel, but the FX1 won't for some reason, do you know of any other way I can achieve this effect? I really would like to conform these to 23.98 although I don't know that much about cinema tools,"
