Did the rebate go away?
I was putting together a price list for the Z1-u, and darnit if the rebate for the package didn't go away.
Has anyone heard if they will do another one?

Well, I went to the B&H chat and found out that the rebate on the VTR did go away. I plan to buy at the end of May, because I'm holding out that some type of rebate will return, or a price drop on the Z1.
If anyone has heard from any 'little birdies' out there, I would appreciate the heads up. :}

It's a bit late for your guys talking about rebates in April 2006, but in September 2006, some rebates are back :
