VX2100 and tapes at DVinfo.net

Has anyone used Panasonic Tapes with their VX? Are the Sony "Lubricated" tapes more advisable vs the "Dry" Panasonic?

Please look at the forum on tapes, The 'Long Black Line,' and at the thread located at the head of this forum, 'Match the supplies to the equipment.' I think you will find the answers in one or both of those locations.
