Mine came with a cheap plastic case. You have to buy the windscreen, shock mount and cables.

What's the best full-cover windscreen for this mic, does anybody know? (The Sennheiser brand windscreen doesn't pass muster.)

Another source is Light Wave. THey make a fuzzy windscreen that just covers the active length of the microphone for about $150. Works very well in high winds. The only exception is when the wind is so strong that it makes the XLR wiring and the shock mount 'sing'. Then you need an all encompasing shell which both Rycote and Light Wave make.
The nice thing about Light Wave is you can call their 888 number and talk to Tom about your needs. A bit harder with Rycote in the UK.
