USB 2.0 to Express Card 34 Slot Adapter

Will this get the SXS card info into a system? Something seems too cheap and easy......

That won't work with the SxS cards. They require the PCI Experess interface not the USB version.

I use this with my MacBook pro and my PC and works great in reading my EX3 files.

I'm thinking of selling my barely used SONY SBAC-US10 (Please note that this unit does not read the MxR SDHC type cards)

Got a MacBook Pro 17 with the slot built-in so I don't need the card reader any more.

Love to know how!! I bought two, returned the first one because I thought I was dead. They just don't power up for me and are not recognized by my MacBook Pro.

Re: USB 2.0 to Express Card 34 Slot Adapter

The cheap reader will only read MxR SDHC type cards, or cards that take SDHC cards.
It will not read the Sony SxS cards. I just learned this last week. I don't use the Sony SxS cards but use the Hoodman SxS cards that take SDHC. So my mistake for saying it reads all cards.
