NJ production space to rent for shoot? at DVinfo.net

Hi,

I'm in NJ and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a space to rent. This would be for about a day, and a very simple shoot. It needs to be quiet and it would be great if there was a white background/white room in which to shoot. I would bring all the lights, camera, mics that I need.

Thanks for any info!

BTW, NYC would be fine too but I prefer to keep in NJ if possible so I don't have to deal with traffic.
