Which Bogen quick realease plate for Glidecam 2000?

I'm looking at B&H and I see quite a few models out there...

I read this somewhere, but I also recommend it myself...

Bogen / Manfrotto 3273 Quick Release Adapter with 3272 Plate

This is a sliding plate quick release--which gives you some ease in adjustment of fore and aft instead of loosening the thumbscrews itself to move the stage.

Note:
Don't worry...the lever that tightens the plate on to the adapter --pulls out and turns--so you don't have to worry about it hitting the stage and not being able to tighten anymore.
