Adding a 'chat' option on a website
Sooo, I had another crazy idea. I wonder what the effectiveness would be for adding a chat with representative button would be. I have two sites, one a smugmug account which probably wouldn't fly, but my other is a WordPress.
I wonder if it would open a Pandora box or if I could get leads off of it.

In one way it might make it more easy for anyone asking a quick question but you might be loosing quite some time on chit chat with no actual booking, I always feel that whoever calls is most of the time already interested in hiring you.

Re: Adding a 'chat' option on a website
I just put on on my blog, it's a free one for what I need. I'll see how this goes. It also has a phone app so I don't have to be in front of my computer, that's a plus.
