Checkout these clips because you may just find some that you recognize from your own work. Three of the clips came from our training videos and I'm even in one of the clips. Of course he changed the music, so the visuals don't match the music. The three that are mine are, Misty Cry, Unforgetable and Sunburst.

I'm confused. Are you saying this place is using your footage without your permission?

Have you contacted this person, because this is direct copyright violation and could potentially be sued for posting your work and claiming it as his own. Not to mention that he is blatantly misrepresenting his company to his clients by suggesting that he can produce the creativity of your videos in his own work. Please keep us posted on your progress because this is a major violation of trust among videographers and posting our work on this site.

the "steadycam" clip is from a vendor.

Mark I'm sorry this happened to you. Kinda make you want to place a watermark right smack-dab in the middle of your training material clips. The three that are yours don't seem to link anywhere now. I'd have mr.integrity remove the thumbnails too beings that's your work as well.

Yes, that's exactly what I am saying. He took clips from my training materials, changed the music, covered up my watermark with his own and is passing it off as his own work. I really feel sorry for Brides that book him based on samples from other videographers, because obviously, he is not able to shoot or edit like me or anyone else he has stolen work from.

Thanks for all of your support. No, I haven't contacted him yet. I don't want him to pull the clips until the other videographers that he has ripped off get a chance to view the clips. Like I said, there are 8 wedding clips and only 3 of them are mine.

Mark, I just searched this guy on the net, there's another company not too far from him about 3 hrs away called www.integrityvideo.net, but there name is Integrity Video, looks like he may have used that name without researching if it was used already...I don;t know the legalities with that but it doesn;t sound cool....maybe he stole someone's name too????
