Online audition scheduling at DVinfo.net

How do you schedule auditions? For my first short I sent emails and made phone calls. There has to be a better way. Where is Google Calendar when you need it? I looked at Yahoo's offering but it seems everyone needs a Yahoo account. In the absence of a free service, is there a cheap paid one?

Google finally rolled out their Calendar, but it does not service my needs. Fortunately, there is Meetingwizard.com. I am posting this for the benefit of people reading the archives.
