Can't put QT movie on Japanese usb stick
There's more than enough space, the guy said it's both Mac and PC compatible.
It's actually an old iMovie compressed into a full quality Quicktime movie that I am giving to an old friend as a gift for a Japanese friend with a PC but when I drag it onto the usb I get: The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 0). Please help. |

The drive is probably formatted FAT32, which has a 4GB file size limit. You will need to either compress the file, or format the drive as NTFS, and instal MacFUSE or Paragon NTFS, since Mac OS can't write to NTFS drives natively.

Re: Can't put QT movie on Japanese usb stick
Thanks for the answer, it's all out of my league I'm afraid - but I've compressed it.
It was all shot on a non HD DV cam 6 years ago so it won't make much difference. Many thanks for your reply. |
