George Bush parody on i-film? at DVinfo.net

About 3 months ago, I remember seeing a documentary sort of making fun of George bush, mixed in a with techno music. I believe it was on I-film, but I searched today to find it not there anymore. It might've been another site. Does anyone know where I can find this?
