manfrotto long plate
I was looking to buy one i noticed there were a couple. Can anyone tell me the difference between 500PLONG vs 504PLONG

The 500PLONG seems to have two sizes of screws 1/4"and 3/8", as the 504 only has one, the 1/4". If you have a camera then with a 3/8"hole, you would need the threaded bushing.

My camera is 1/4" so I'm fine. Thx
I also noticed that the older plates had a built in brass anti twist pin they've change the design to something else. |
