YUV to RGB from Intensity to Monitor

Hi Guys:

I am trying to solve a monitoring issue with my Blackmagic Intensity card. The HDMI out works perfectly when I connect the Intensity out port to my
HDTV via HDMI cable (65 feet long, in fact). However, when I hook it up to my monitor (Sceptre X20G-1080P, 20.1 inches, 1680 x 1050) via a HDMI to DVI-D cable, I get nothing. If I use the same cable and connect the monitor directly to the Canon HV20's HDMI port, it works perfectly.

The good folk at Blackmagic said that, while HDMI normally carries both YUV and RGB, the Intensity card only outputs YUV. He also said that the DVI-D port on my monitor only handles RGB, so the two will not connect.

Is there some kind of magic box that I can buy that will convert YUV to RGB? I just saw this (http://www.asus.com/news_show.aspx?id=9856) and was curious about it, but perhaps something is already out there, and hopefully cheap. Thanks in advance.
