Israeli Arm Hot Shoe Adapter? at DVinfo.net

I ordered this Israeli Arm yesterday to mount my 7" LCD upside down. In the description it says it has a 1/4-20 stud but in the picture it has a hot shoe. I'll have to wait and see what ships but is there a 1/4-20 female to hot shoe adapter?

the israeli arm did not include a hotshoe, but found the adapter needed. it's called the windtech cm-57 for anybody in the same situation. it a bit heavy when all put together though.
