Compression zoom, contra zoom...I haven't actually heard of those terms, but yeah, that's what it is. Zooming out while pushing in with the camera, or vice versa. I see it all the time in movies and TV shows. Normally, it would be carefully done with a dolley, distances measured out, rehearsed, etc. With weddings, it's kind of a crap shoot - one take with the glidecam, hit the shot transition button, and hope for the best.

Eric just got around to viewing your trailer and was very impressed with the camera movements and the color. Would you mind sharing what color filters or corrections you used on this one?
