TV card and Vegas.

Well, thanks in advance for reading this. Does anyone have a TV card (which you watch cable with) and a pci firewire card, and able to capture video.

I've installed them in my machine and it appears the TV card is dominating when it comes to capturing video with Vegas.

I've checked for IRQ conflicts, updated drivers and such. The machine sees my camera when plugged up, but when I go to the Vegas screen to switch between what is my camera and tv card, Vegas is not switching off the TV card.

I'm wondering if vegas would see my TV card as dominant for some odd reason. Example, if I am watchng tv, I open the capture utility and Vegas places the video inside as if I want to capture it.

Just throwing this out in case anyone has had success.
