Video to Ipod at DVinfo.net

I am working on a project for DVD. I would like to also provide it on Ipod video as indivudual dance numbers. Does anyone know a way to automatically render each section of the video between the markers separately? For example, I have markers at the beginning of each number. For markers 1-10, is there any way to get 10 separate videos out of this. I do know I can do this manually, but there are over 90 performances over several shows. Any ideas would be appreciated even if there is a solution outside of vegas.

If you convert them to regions, Tools - Scripting - Batch Render will do the job for you.
